Compare a new contact list against your existing CRM export, without uploading either file. Distinct people at one address are never silently merged. Export the full list with clear review flags, plus an exceptions-only report.
1. Load your two CSV files
Each CSV may contain up to 3,000 data rows and must have at least one of: email, phone, or name with address. Supported headers include name, full_name, first_name, last_name, mailing_address, address, email, phone, telephone. Maximum 2 MB and 35 columns per file. No API calls or uploads are made.

2. Review possible matches
Flags are suggestions. No record is deleted or merged, and shared-address households remain separate. CSV formula-looking values are escaped in exports. Rows requiring review remain in the full export.

The free tool performs basic normalization and match suggestions; it does not verify US addresses, contact ownership, phone deliverability, or integrate with a live CRM.
